“First time at this place and I am honestly so glad to have stumbled in! The two workers were so helpful I am so grateful! More specifically the woman who helped me, I hate that I forgot her name! She was so helped and gave such useful information about the best food to feed my cats! I have two cats, one is picky and one isn’t! she helped me understand my picky cat better and just gave such useful advice! she has 7 cats so she knows what she’s talking about! you don’t really get real connections in stores anymore but today I did! such a good place will be back!!

“Cannot emphasize enough how pleased we are with our GROOM! experience! Jennifer called me prior to scheduling and we talked in detail about how we wanted our Cocker Spaniel to be groomed. She and Mirna also called me mid-groom to let me know that Moriarity’s previous grooming (done elsewhere and not fitting the breed’s usual look) would mean we need to wait for regrowth in some areas and the wanted to make sure we were onboard with their plans. Excellent communication.
And while I was picking up, Jennifer mentioned that our pup had a few accidents w/in a short time frame so I may want to consult his vet. Turns out our poor boy had a urinary tract infection that we’d not tuned into. Thank you, Jennifer!

These guys are great.
We’ve used Jenna’s walking and pet sitting services for a bit more than 4 years now, and have had no issue with any walker or sitter. And on those rare occasions when we’ve had a last minute need for a walker, Jenna or a member team took care of our girls.
One of the things we like best about Passionately Pets is that Jenna strives to ensure the same walker consistently takes care of our girls; over the more than four years with them, we’ve had only four regular walkers, a rare exception in a field with notoriously high staff turnover.
We’re also very happy with the overnight services they provide, with pricing on par with local boarding services, without the stress of dropping the pups off to stay with dogs they don’t know.

“Shout out to Penny from The Big Bad Woof’s shipping department. My 14-week old poodle was holding me hostage in our apartment refusing to be carried or stay in the previous two carriers purchased. Since he isn't fully vaccinated, I remained stuck at home until my Sturdi carrier arrived. For the past few weeks the days has felt longer, especially with a puppy driving me mad! The zoomies, toilet paper raids, general interest in my plants and electric cords…this is a full time job on top of my full time job! Penny ensured that I received my carrier in a timely manner and busted me out here on a lovely Saturday afternoon lol. I can go enjoy my summer days now and Ro is getting a scenic view from his Sturdi carrier…which I love! I appreciate you Penny!”
“I have a five Month ShihPooh That I bring to them every eight weeks.. Katelyn Does such a great job with my puppy!! She is very patient and always gives him back to me Smelling amazing and looking great. I gladly drive at 45 minutes to an hour from where I stay to make sure that my baby is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable place to take their dog. You definitely get what you pay for and I would never take my puppy anywhere else.!!”

“The staff was very friendly. The staff help us back up to the door. Soon as i set brakes. The 2 guys had my doors open. They owener Jennifer was very nice. If your a truck driver. Follow the directions they give you. When you arrive. Get close to the right. Put your trailer bumper lined up with the neighbors mail box. Back up and turn your wheel slowly. Hopefully the next time I go there. I get to see the inside of store.”

Stopped in for beer and left with 3 six packs of local craft beer I had not yet tried and a Belgian as well. Throw in a pretty good bottle of wine and I was set. There was also a wine tasting/sampling when I was there. I will be back.”

I just wanted to share my thoughts about this place. Even with the recent management changes and price increases, I still absolutely love it here! I totally get that business is business and inflation affects us all, but I think a gradual price hike, along with a heads-up, would have been more considerate.
Now, let's talk about the great stuff! The staff is always excellent—super friendly and helpful! There's such a fantastic selection of items, from toys and wet/dry goods to harnesses, leashes, duck heads, hearts, liver, and even doggy yogurt ice cream and candles! I've been a loyal customer for over five years and signed up for their membership two years ago. I've earned a ton of points and received some fantastic free items, like 60 lbs of dog food, cans of food, and tasty treats.

“I love this Petco, the worker's are very helpful, they really know their stuff, like my kitten wouldn't use a new litter that was made with corn and things, and I didn't know what to do, so I went there and asked if anyone could tell me why, a gentleman worker told me why, and what to do about it, he was very helpful. “This Lidl is super cool. Really cheap groceries and an amazing bakery. Only downside is the meat is almost always brown and about to go bad, only 1-2 lines. Other than that I like this store. Too bad you can only get the basics here. I hate going to Giant because it’s so expensive. I like this better.”

“Ellie is our fave groomer here! She does such a wonderful job with my labradoodle Coco. Shes kind and patient as he gets really nervous and trembles. You see videos of groomers hitting dogs and stuff so as a parent you are so nervous about what happens behind the scenes but i know she is giving him love <3
She also works efficiently and doesnt take a million hours which is awesome. Cant recommend her enough”

“Love Carnos and their products! I switched my 6yo dog from kibble to a raw diet in November of 2025 and have seen nothing but positive results since. Not to mention he is obsessed with the food and gets *so* excited for mealtimes. We buy their Complete & Balanced raw meals because they're so easy to serve and I don't have to do any meal prep. We also love their treats. Customer service is also always top tier. Can't say enough good things about this company!”
