“Great store! So much to offer — everything you’d need for your aquarium. They have fish of all sorts, plants of all sorts and even driftwood. It’s super nice inside with all the different tanks they have set up. Just watch out for the mosquitos”

“Shout out to Penny from The Big Bad Woof’s shipping department. My 14-week old poodle was holding me hostage in our apartment refusing to be carried or stay in the previous two carriers purchased. Since he isn't fully vaccinated, I remained stuck at home until my Sturdi carrier arrived. For the past few weeks the days has felt longer, especially with a puppy driving me mad! The zoomies, toilet paper raids, general interest in my plants and electric cords…this is a full time job on top of my full time job! Penny ensured that I received my carrier in a timely manner and busted me out here on a lovely Saturday afternoon lol. I can go enjoy my summer days now and Ro is getting a scenic view from his Sturdi carrier…which I love! I appreciate you Penny!”

“I ended up here specifically looking for unique collar options, and what I ended up with was two of everything I needed for my pups. We had such a fun shopping experience with Karen. She was so knowledge about the right fit and types of things for my pups from collars, to harnesses to rain coats. I ended up fully stocked for all seasons and will absolutely be back for what felt like a custom shopping spree.”

“We purchased treats from the Crogton Farmers Market yesterday and she was very kind and explained the different treats for my fur baby. He loves the donut and we will be back to get more treats. Thank you for your patience as I tried to learn to use my venmo.”

“Hey there! 😊 To whom it may concern, my name is Woo, and I'm known as the Navy Yard DogWhisperer. I just wanted to share my thoughts about this place. Even with the recent management changes and price increases, I still absolutely love it here! I totally get that business is business and inflation affects us all, but I think a gradual price hike, along with a heads-up, would have been more considerate. Now, let's talk about the great stuff! The staff is always excellent—super friendly and helpful! There's such a fantastic selection of items, from toys and wet/dry goods to harnesses, leashes, duck heads, hearts, liver, and even doggy yogurt ice cream and candles! I've been a loyal customer for over five years and signed up for their membership two years ago. I've earned a ton of points and received some fantastic free items, like 60 lbs of dog food, cans of food, and tasty treats. Just wanted to say thank you for everything! 🐾”

“I love this Petco, the worker's are very helpful, they really know their stuff, like my kitten wouldn't use a new litter that was made with corn and things, and I didn't know what to do, so I went there and asked if anyone could tell me why, a gentleman worker told me why, and what to do about it, he was very helpful. Love, love this store!!!”

“Nice clean store, but employee wasn't accurate over the phone about product stock. I asked about a specific dog food, was told they don't have it, and then went in and found it myself immediately. Besides that it was a good location”

“Ellie is our fave groomer here! She does such a wonderful job with my labradoodle Coco. Shes kind and patient as he gets really nervous and trembles. You see videos of groomers hitting dogs and stuff so as a parent you are so nervous about what happens behind the scenes but i know she is giving him love”
