Terrible service, and lies to customers. I went in to withdraw and deposit money 10 minutes before closing and they said that they couldn’t do it because systems shuts down at 5pm. I had to drive to Rockville where they stayed 20 minutes past closing time to perform the service for me and 2 others customers. Never again

I have been a customer of this branch for about 6 years. I am always impressed with the helpful staff. PNC also has very responsive phone reps, generally right nearby in PA. All around, I really like dealing with PNC and they have many locations locally and in areas that I travel to.

I love PNC and the employees in this branch, they are very polite, professional and friendly, all the times I have been there they make an incredible job, the manager is very efficient and is always willing to help with everything, honestly I am so happy with this bank.
