I had no problems with the staff. My problem is the closing of the branches near me. Largo, closed. Pennsylvania Ave, closed. Columbia Heights, closed.

I have had an awful experience at the WDC location. I will close out most of my accounts with this Financial Institution. Poor and unprofessional service. Rate 1

The experience that I’ve had with Signal Federal Credit Union has been awful. I would not recommend this Credit Union to anyone. Customer Service is the worst in branch & over the phone. Truly disappointed. Closing account.
