Just had the most wholesome experience today with Luca. There was a sweet older gentleman with mobility issues, I couldn’t understand that he was asking me to move his car for him. Luca stepped in and move the gentleman’s car for him without hesitation! I’ve previously interacted with him at the cafe and he’s wonderful.

I like I am able to find products. Just every time I come here I feel less welcomed. Today when I shopped it was if the workers were annoyed especially when you ask them a question. The atmosphere is weird.
