“I had an excellent customer service experience with Terron. After waiting in a long line, he greeted me with a smile and was overall very pleasant. Because of this, I felt comfortable enough to ask him about an item which was not stocked on the shelf and which was the primary reason for my visit. He told me he knows it is in stock and if I would like for him to grab it for me. Needless to say, I was taken aback by this above and beyond offer and quickly agreed only if it would not create trouble for him. He finished ringing up my items, disappeared for all of 30 seconds and was back with options of the requested item for me to choose from. The customer behind me wanted the item, too, and was happy to get one as well. Hire more people like Terron. He is exemplary!”

“I was in the area for lunch and decided to stop by. Funnily enough, I had only just discovered Streets Market for the first time earlier that same day at the Columbia Heights location, and I had no idea there were multiple locations throughout the city. So when I passed this location, I was curious to see what it looked like and decided to go in. There were also a couple of things I regretted not getting at the other location, so I was excited to pick them up here. I ended up getting some banana bread, a delicious carrot cake, and a few of their Indian ready made meals. I also got a dragon fruit, which I don’t see in grocery stores that often, so I’m super excited to eat it! It was so colorful and vibrant. Beautiful! I loved that the store was very clean, and the cashier was really nice. I’m definitely becoming a fan of Streets Market and will be back!”

“The staff are always super friendly and efficient here. The new female security guard is really on top of things. Someone was going to walk in who clearly wasn't set on paying and she nipped it in the bud. She also greets customers as they enter and leave. Really welcoming vibe.”

Luca stepped in and move the gentleman’s car for him without hesitation! I’ve previously interacted with him at the cafe and he’s wonderful.”
