“I had an excellent customer service experience with Terron. After waiting in a long line, he greeted me with a smile and was overall very pleasant. Because of this, I felt comfortable enough to ask him about an item which was not stocked on the shelf and which was the primary reason for my visit. He told me he knows it is in stock and if I would like for him to grab it for me. Needless to say, I was taken aback by this above and beyond offer and quickly agreed only if it would not create trouble for him. He finished ringing up my items, disappeared for all of 30 seconds and was back with options of the requested item for me to choose from. The customer behind me wanted the item, too, and was happy to get one as well.

“Just had the most wholesome experience today with Luca. There was a sweet older gentleman with mobility issues, I couldn’t understand that he was asking me to move his car for him. Luca stepped in and move the gentleman’s car for him without hesitation! I’ve previously interacted with him at the cafe and he’s wonderful.”
