Target, a well-known retail chain, has a convenient location in the Cleveland Park area, situated right next to the Metro station. This particular Target store is smaller in size, but customers can still find the essentials they need, such as Gatorade and water. The prices at this Target are described as "pretty decent," and the self-checkout kiosks make the shopping experience efficient. Customers praise the Target's amazing location, surrounded by other popular stores and eateries, creating a "perfect Target experience for the city." The staff is always present on the floor, ensuring the store is well-stocked, and the presence of accessible all-gender bathrooms is appreciated. However, some customers have reported an unpleasant sewage-like odor that permeates the entire store, making it necessary to wear a mask while shopping. Despite this, the store is still considered one of the best Targets in the DMV area, with a wide selection of items, including decent prosciutto. Overall, Target in Cleveland Park offers a convenient and generally positive shopping experience, with a few minor drawbacks, such as the occasional unpleasant odor. The store's accessibility, staff, and product selection make it a popular choice for local residents and visitors alike.
Target, how do you expect to stay in business if you lock up all the items and there’s no one to ever unlock the items for paying customers? The call buttons don’t even work. Never anyone at the registers for help or returns. I have stopped going.

Everything is locked up and there is no one to unlock them. No shopping carts.
October 2023
Target in DC is deplorable-should close it’s doors. No shopping carts. No one working in the store. And to make matters worse, half the items in the store are under lock and key-with 0 personnel to help. What a joke!
