“Honestly I didn’t expect much when I entered, but the experience turned out better than I thought. The sofas were arranged neatly and lighting made everything look premium. I was comparing three models for almost an hour and no one pressured me. That made a big difference. I ordered a sectional sofa and they kept me updated during production. Delivery guys were polite but arrived slightly late in the evening. One cushion had uneven stitching and they replaced it after I sent photos. That response made me trust them more.”
“Beautiful Couch/Excellent Customer Service
I rarely post reviews however recently we purchased and received a beautiful couch from Cantoni. Along the way there was a snag with the order. The store manager Luca and our sales agent Will did everything possible to ensure that we received the couch as originally ordered within the timeframe needed. Their efforts were far reaching and as much as any customer can hope for when resolving an issue. Today we received on time the couch we originally ordered and it has exceeded our expectations. “Great record selection, friendly and helpful staff, nice atmosphere. I like the racks of old magazines they have at the back for you to thumb through. You can also listen to any unsealed records before you decide to buy them.”
“Amazing little shop. Went in to check it out and found out they had so many different herbs. Walked out with some gensing. If you're ever in need of some Chinese medicine or want to learn little more about different things go check out this place and see what they have for your health.
They store also has a bunch of great food/ snack options. Also plant pots in the back and other good finds to check out.”

I especially appreciated the advice from the sales associate Shardul Raj. I had entered the store intending just to look and leave but Shardul showed me options I wouldn't have realized without his help. I am very particular on my decor (and have had to return furniture from other retailers due to quality). BoConcept delivered everything I hoped for. It was expensive but so worth it!”

“I was buying a condo in Silver Spring, Maryland and needed furniture. I budgeted $10,000 for furniture, area rugs, TV, printer, Vitamix blender and kitchen stuff, not appliances. We needed Living Room, Dining Room, Office and Bedroom. I first called Basset, sent them a floor plan and told them what I had budgeted. The next day I get an email telling me that she had done the dining room set and rug. The dining room set was just under $4,000 and the rug was $2,500. 2/3 of my budget for one room? Clearly not the place for me. I found Casa Furniture online, the prices are very reasonable and I furnished the whole place for the budget I figured. The best part is that they delivered and set it all up and put everything in place. Just as important, everything is very well made and looks amazing. I could not have been happier.”

“I like businesses that are available on metro. This store is on the green line. There is a decent amount of house hold items, cleaning & laundry supplies. The merchandise has changed from the "old Targets." Not as many clothing choices. I was surprised they didn't stock shopping carts on roll groceries home. They only had a laundry hamper on wheels.”
