I had a pleasant customer service experience with Kimberly. If all the employees at TEFCU are as professional, patient and helpful as she was, the credit union industry is in good hands! I hope her supervisors are aware of what a jewel of an employee they have.

When I have a problem with something at the Credit union I will always call and talk to Ms. Rice to see if there is anything she could do to help me with the situation and everytime I do she was always able to help me work it out I will always be thankful for her for all she has done to help me.
