They are patient, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond, often helping customers find the perfect fit and style. Employees provide a full personal shopping experience, staying with customers the entire time and offering useful advice on care and breaking in boots. This attentive service creates wonderful experiences, with multiple reviewers calling it one of their best retail experiences ever. Aimee and Kelly truly do know and are passionate about Docs and it shows in how helpful they were today. They were super welcoming and patient with me and my various questions as someone who's fairly clueless about leather made shoes. would love to come back in the future if possible

This store was clean, organized, and all around super inviting! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming without being pushy or upfront, and Alex helped me pick out my first pair of docs giving me all the info and help I needed. It was honestly just a wonderful experience all around, great people and great store!!!

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times and have had an amazing experience each time. Kelly is very sweet and helpful and they’ve been able to help me find exactly what I’m looking for ever time I’ve been here. My only complaint is the overhead lighting that can be a bit suffocating.
