“10/10 experience there. Wouldn't even call it a shopping experience. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted, just needing to try out sizes. They didn't have the color I was looking for, but instead of saying they didn't have it and leaving it at that, the awesome human being there brought out his favorite color in stock so I could see it in person.
Absolutely loved the color-- never would have known it was available if not for coming in. Had a great conversation, and he pointed me to great spots in the neighborhood (the riverfront area and the Exorcist stairs)! I wish I'd gotten his name-- it's a testament to the people at this store that the reviews mention so many great staff. Feels like a proper neighborhood institution.

“Ramer’s is the best shoe store I’ve ever shopped at for kid’s shoes. We’ve lived in 4 different countries with our kids and have always found our way back to Ramer’s to stock up for growing feet. Staff are knowledgeable and quick and I appreciate not having to pick through a hundred options. It’s not a store for browsing, to be sure, but let’s be honest, browsing for anything with small kids is unpleasant at best (haha). My oldest just sized out of kid sizes and I’m so sad we have to go to a less specialized store.”

Went in and out in about 10-15mins. They ask you some questions here and there in order for the staff to give the customer the shoe that fits their feet. Lots of money= good investment for your feet. Give them a try. Don't take my word for it, go in and experience fleet feet for your feet.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Anthropologie, particularly highlighting the outstanding service I received from Jennifer, located in Georgetown.
After a disappointing experience at the Bethesda and Fairfax locations, where staff refused to assist me with returning a lilac taper candle set of 2 without a receipt, I was feeling quite frustrated. Despite explaining that I had purchased the item from the Georgetown location just a week prior and requesting that they call for my receipt number, I was met with resistance and no resolution.
However, when I returned to the Georgetown store, Jennifer went above and beyond to help me. She not only located my receipt but also confirmed that the other locations had the capability to retrieve receipt numbers from their store. While she mentioned it would take some extra time, it was reassuring to know that a solution was possible.
Jennifer's exceptional customer service made a significant difference in my experience. She was friendly, patient, and truly exemplified what excellent customer care should be. I genuinely appreciate her efforts and will remember the positive interactions I had with her - I think it would add value to Anthropologie if all staff was trained by Jennifer.
In addition to recognizing Jennifer's exemplary service, I would like to suggest that Anthropologie consider updating its return policy. A 30 day return window for customers without receipts would be more accommodating, especially when it's clear that the product has not been used. Additionally, implementing a system for customers to select receipt emails or texts upon purchase, particularly for transactions involving gift cards, would be a helpful improvement. This would prevent situations like mine, where my gift card was discarded after use.

I did not take a gander at the shoes as I had a show nearby to attend.
I bought 2 gorge blouses and a short sleeve loose fitting denim blue top.
I will revisit very soon for some more shopping greatness.”

“I called the store around 5:00pm to inquire about a boot I had ordered online but still hadn’t shipped my order after a week. They had to boot in stock and went in to try it on. I walked in the store around 5:20pm and was immediately greeted even though Helen was busy with 3 other guests, being the only sales associate in the store. Helen had actually pulled the pair of boots to the side for me so they were ready to try on once I got in. She easily juggled all 4 of us with respect and great recommendations. I ended up canceling my online order and bought another pair of boots similar to the style. I was very pleased with Helen’s poise and ability to handle 4 different guests by herself.”
