Donita was so helpful getting my package put together and making sure my items would arrive safely. She was friendly and kind!
There wasn’t much of a line when I got there but it definitely got busier. I think 4:30-5:30 is their busiest time, especially on a Monday so if you hate waiting I’d plan around that!

Cullen is awesome! He is kind, patient and very knowledgeable of the products and services at UPS. He deserves a raise!!

They were attentive and friendly. I was there on 9/27/2025 at store 7175 at 10:31am. Both of them the male and the female were awesome. Highly recommend!
