“I was im pressed by a young man Alex, who upon entering store politely said ill be with yoy shortly. I looked around the store to see how organized and clean the store was. It tells me they take pride in what they do. A rare occurrence in this day and age. Kudos!”

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”
“Taking off one star just because the UPS Store advertises itself as the notary store, but I couldn't find anywhere that posted the odd hours for the notary. It is not everyday. But the staff were friendly and gave me a suggestion on where I could go to get what I needed!”
“I am so glad to have this UPS store near my home. It has been so convenient and the employees are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Scotty has helped me out on multiple occasions, once with getting my shipping and passport photos and another time with notarization of important paperwork. He was very patient and was able to accommodate all my needs. Harry is also another amazing employee that I have worked with and observed. He is one of the younger members of the team but still very knowledgeable. He is always enthusiastic to help and I have seen him dealt with two very frustrating customers on different occasions without losing his smile and positivity. I even felt really bad for him. I know that I can come to these guys for help and they will be able to sort it out.”
“I live in Houston and had a package that needed collecting from just down the street from this UPS Store in Washington DC. I spoke with the manager (Janiya) who did me a HUGE favour and actually went down the street and collected the box during her off hours and then took it back to the store to affix my shipping label. Service like this is just so rare these days. Cannot say enough nice things here.”

There wasn’t much of a line when I got there but it definitely got busier. I think 4:30-5:30 is their busiest time, especially on a Monday so if you hate waiting I’d plan around that!”

“I've had a PO box at this location for over a decade for all of my business and residential mail. The staff here - Tammy, Tanya and others - have consistently gone ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service. I frequently travel abroad for extended periods, and they have managed my complex mail forwarding requests, handled complicated business orders, and generally keep my packages and mail safe waiting for me until I return. I have seen the behavior of some of the postal customers and I'm genuinely appalled at the treatment they receive for following postal regulations - no doubt by some of the same folks leaving nasty reviews. Tammy, Tanya and others know their regulars by name, treat everyone with respect even when they're being screamed at, and genuinely care about their customers while providing an essential service to the neighborhood. I'm so grateful to them.”
