“I was renewing my passport and needed a head shot and delivery to the passport processing center.UPS Store associate Mo ( i believe that was his name) was literally the best customer service i've ever received. he provided scissors, stapler and space to prepare my documents and i could not be happier with his service. he was the only associate in the store at the time i was there and had several customers in his service but he didn't crack under pressure. I will absolutely be using this store in the future if Mo is the standard. Thank you for all your help!”

“Really helpful customer service even though the store was packed. I had a 100+ page black and white document to print, and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Four stars because the per page cost is a little pricey ($0.30), but I was satisfied and would definitely go back in a pinch.”

“Was hardly pressed and running late to get 4 photos edited and uploaded on 12 pages application and submit, then download the application and print them all within 45 munites. This lady in there was very professional and extremely helpful. Willing to do anything to make this happen. She said use your own computer to save some money and asked me to email the photos to her so she can edit them to save time whiles she was helping other customers at the same time. I am really grateful for people like you.”

“Very helpful customer service! Needed to get a large package boxed for work to transport on a flight. Went to 2021 L Street location first where the customer service was horrible, very unfriendly. The rep there acted like I was a bother the moment I walked in, stating they didn’t do packing without shipping, and didn’t offer any suggestions. Called this UPS store and they were very friendly and said of course I could pay for packing without shipping. Very professional, fast service. Appreciate the help!”

“I mailed a package from the CP Post Office yesterday, 9/29/22, and the young woman behind the counter could not have been nicer. In addition to her general combination of courtesy and professionalism, she saw that some of the tape I had used might have become caught up in the machines, so she took out clear sealing tape and covered up the tape I had used. 5-star service!!!”
