“I had a great experience with Tabitha! I had mailed some boxes home but for some reason one box had a mix up and was mailed to my old address. Thankfully it was found and taken back to UPS. There wasn’t much of a line when I got there but it definitely got busier. I think 4:30-5:30 is their busiest time, especially on a Monday so if you hate waiting I’d plan around that!”

“The gentleman that helped me- employee ID 365734 made my day in such a short duration of time. I walked in with low expectations but he more than made my day. I initially walked in asking for help to staple pamphlet documents that my scout needed for a week long camping. He initially helped me stable but noticed that the staples just weren’t going to be sufficient. I was truly worried about how my son would manage to keep all his documents together in an organized manner but this gentleman graciously offered to comb bind them. The finished job was so amazingly well done and best part to all this was I now have a great sense of peace knowing my son will get the most out of his away summer camp with no worry about his study material being ruined or misplaced!
I want to thank this wonderful gentleman for performing a job that many may see as simple in such a meaningful way and most of all courteous and hospitable manner! I didn’t expect this attentive service but I got the best service ever from a UPS store!”

“This is probably one of the best UPS Stores that I have been to in this area. The management is top tier. UPS lost my package and two days of calling customer service which were about as helpful as a rock. The manager Ed took time out of his day to track down my package and call me personally to update me. It's rare to receive customer service like that these days. Again, a wonderful store and all of the staff are friendly and helpful.”
“Don, the store owner, was helpful in so many ways. He came to the apartment after my sister passed and helped to separate everything I was sending to different addresses. He did it in a way to minimize my costs by dividing things into manageable boxes. He shipped everything in a timely manner and everything arrived with not one break just where it was supposed to go. I did this exercise more than once and each time was the same. This is the best ups store ever. I recommend highly. D”

“I've had a PO box at this location for over a decade for all of my business and residential mail. The staff here - Tammy, Tanya and others - have consistently gone ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service. I frequently travel abroad for extended periods, and they have managed my complex mail forwarding requests, handled complicated business orders, and generally keep my packages and mail safe waiting for me until I return. I have seen the behavior of some of the postal customers and I'm genuinely appalled at the treatment they receive for following postal regulations - no doubt by some of the same folks leaving nasty reviews. Tammy, Tanya and others know their regulars by name, treat everyone with respect even when they're being screamed at, and genuinely care about their customers while providing an essential service to the neighborhood. I'm so grateful to them.”
