I’m a Parking Officer in Downtown DC and every time I approach an area where they are illegally setting up their workers get all in your face and start video taping you for doing your job on Public Space

Reliable, the staff was very nice and respectful. I almost didn't use their services because of the previous comments but I suppose they were isolated incidents because I had a great experience. Thank you USP. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, and helped me to jump my car when my batt died, and the manager went out of his way to make sure I was ok.
