I listened to an employee be so rude to the gentleman ahead of me that I walked next door to FedEx. I spent more, but at least I had a good customer service experience.

The lady at the front had an attitude. Had to say good morning twice for her to simply acknowledge I was in front of her wanting help. She acted like she didn't even want to be there to collect her paycheck.
