Fantastic quality in general. They have everything you could ever need.My previous preview gave 4 stars because, at the time, there was no hack squat machine or seated leg curl machine. They have both now and they even have the superior seated leg curl machine with the handles on top.

Communication is top notch, constantly improving equipment and environment, really clean and organized, staff is so friendly. I love coming here! Not to mention free breakfast on Wednesdays and new decorations every month for the holidays. Yoga classes are great too.
VIDA U Street is our largest location at over 60,000 square feet and is home to the Penthouse Pool and Lounge on the two rooftop levels. This location is conveniently located in the U Street corridor just south of Adams Morgan and includes Aura spa, Fuel Bar, Bang Salon, and full-service locker rooms.
