Access to multiple Metro lines and bus lines is very convenient. Experiences with the leasing office and management vary. Many residents report the staff as very professional, kindhearted, courteous, respectful, helpful, efficient, pleasant, and friendly. Others find the leasing company frequently unhelpful, requiring many follow-ups to get answers or actions. Regular pest control is provided, though occasional pests have been noted. Overall, many residents enjoy living there, feel at peace, and appreciate being part of the community, recommending it for the apartments and location.
The maintenance crew is professional and competent.

I myself is doing fine since I moved into Washington Apartments so far so good I’m at peace with myself and I love my apartment. The stores are close, bus line Metro line is very convenient I’m living my best life thanks management for letting me be a part of the community. Cheryl Taylor
