“This Pep Boys location has excellent customer service and qualified technicians. Ra'Qwan and Taylor were easy to work with during my service after purchasing 4 new tires, an alignment and brake pad installation. During the service my rear left caliber seized and wouldn't compress. After Taylor called multiple part suppliers we were unable to locate an aftermarket solution. Fortunately for me, Ra'Qwan had the skillset/knowledge necessary to resolve the unique occurrence.
