So far, Im extremely happy for the great service that Justin, Dave, and Michael has provided to me either in person or by phone. Not to forget Maurice who greets me with a smile and a hello when I walk in the branch.I have interacted with Manisha and Torrey in the Pike Creek branch and they have excellent customer service and people skills as well as the team in the Fox Run branch.I have been with PNC since 1991 and have no plans of moving my accounts to another bank. “I went to the m and t bank because the automated services by phone was on the fritz and I needed help with my account balance and to see if I got paid today by my employer and the teller was able to help me with my account. I've been taken good care of by Gaby and Megan for more than a year every time I come to the bank they do there best to help me with my bank accounts.I was just at M and T bank and a new teller has helped me out several times her name is ,Nicolette she helps me get my accounts straight and she does it with a nice smile.They have several new tellers and they are very helpful.”
