“If you go into a dollar store expecting things that simply can't happen the staff is not being rude. You are being unreasonable. As discount stores go this one is one of the best around. “Cahiers have great customer service but ever since there was a change in management the place is tore up from the floor up be careful going down the isles 2/8/21 went into dollar general tonight place was a mess got hurt and no one came my nephew had to help me because I was traped with my cart the freezer and a dolly with items on it I don't understand a you can have a ace look like this and no one there to do anything lines are long with one one cashier and no one in the isles to help you my advice is stay out of it unless you want to get hurt by something falling on you”
“As a European visiting ShopRite of Governor’s Square for the first time, I was truly overwhelmed by the sheer variety of products available. The store is impressively well-stocked – from fresh fruits and vegetables to countless refrigerated goods and household items, you can find almost everything here. Everything is neatly arranged, making it easy to navigate through the aisles. One of the first things I noticed was how clean and well-maintained the entire store is. The shelves are orderly, the floors appear regularly cleaned, and the fresh food sections look hygienic and inviting.
Despite all the positive aspects, there is one drawback: there’s hardly any staff visible in the aisles. If you have a question or need assistance, you may find it difficult to locate someone to help you. In a store of this size, it would be beneficial to have staff more accessible throughout the shopping area.
That said, the overall impression remains very good. I’ll gladly return and would recommend this ShopRite location to anyone who values a wide selection, cleanliness, and an overall pleasant shopping experience – even if it feels a bit overwhelming at first.”
