I was doing some of the work myself and felt I wasted the shops timing coming back multiple times after my own fixes. They were totally fine with it and at the end closed me out with a more than fair price. One of their techs was even helpful in giving me pointers for the portion of the work I planned to do myself. “I got a puncture in my tire in the Best Buy lot. Noticed it was leaking air and luckily was able to drive a mile down the road to Midas with my 4 year old. They looked at the tire, had it patched and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. “Took my car (Red Ford) in on Monday morning, 8/31 around 10 am and had a wonderful experience. I had a slow leak, and the gentlemen who handled my repair was honest and professional. Had the car back in under 2 hours, with no disruption to my day. Store was clean and the staff was polite and knowledgeable. Easy to make an appointment, and it was confirmed via email and by telephone call. Great customer service! We will certainly be back!”

I especially appreciated the excellent communication throughout the process. They even sent me a video of my car while it was in the shop, which was such a nice touch. Providing me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced made everything even easier.
I also had my car detailed while it was there, and they did an outstanding job! My car looked absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend their detailing service.
It is rare to find this level of customer service today. Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable, and I could not have been more pleased. A kind gentleman came, changed it ( no easy feat!), and guided us back to Dun Rite Tires. He would not accept any gratuity! It is not everyday you meet someone willing to go out of their way to help others!

“I went to Culver to have my car fixed following a defective service made by a technician from a nationwide auto shop which I regularly go to in my neighborhood. At that moment, I wasn't able to drive back home before the issue with the car was fixed and my auto shop was already closed when I realized about the issue. Thankfully, Culver was still open when I called. Chase was quick, professional, and competent at doing the job. I also got charged with a very reasonable price. Most importantly, I was then able to drive back to my home state safe and sound. If I live in the area, I will be glad to bring my car to Culver on a regular basis. I recommend Culver to anyone living in Northern Delaware.”
