“Right on the corner of my street and regretfully I have never been here until today for an emergency flat tire and instead of trying to overcharge me and tell me I needed a new tire they fixed my tire and every one of them were good people. I felt it as soon as I walked in. They were graciously taking care of every customer and holding the door for an elderly woman with a walker. Very kind and not forgetting what matters in life.. not just chasing the next quick dollar. Good solid people. So nice to see. I will surely give them my business when needed.”

“I spoke to Joe at JV Auto repair and was able to schedule a follow up appointment the next day to look at my friends Jetta who was scheduled to travel back to Texas although her AC was not functioning correctly. JV quickly identified that the new compressor from Napa was defective but still under warranty. I returned the defective unit back to Napa for a full refund and opted to replace it with a new unit from the dealership. JV installed it that same day and I was up and running without issue. James was so helpful, and the staff had pulled the screw out of my tire, patched it up and had it ready to go within an hour (with no appointment and free of charge!)
