“My first experience renting a U-Haul both electric and frightening at the same time. However overall it went well. Manager explained everything clearly and the equipments were cleaned and ready to go. Return policies explained clearly. Renting on the app was very easy and U-Haul operators on the phone were available to answer any questions I had. I would most definitely use and recommend this service.”
“I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . I would recommend this service at this location, just make sure you have photos on your phone not just through the link evaluations. Contract# 79626382”

“This place was closed by the time I arrived to drop off the truck rental. However, when I was there the check in with U-Haul went smoothly and I was able to put the keys in a Dropbox and leave the truck secure. Good drop location storage on site too.”

“Asked for a 12' truck. They said few in fleet but would try. Day before rental they said we were good to go at 12'. Show up and no 12's, only 15'.So I took the big truck. But wait, belt noise is not going away. In fact it's getting worse, so back to Penske. Traded the noisy one with no gas cap for another.On the way out of town the Check Engine light came on. Luckily I had my wifi interrogator on me. A leak in the evaporative emissions. No problem.Oh, I'm looking forward to seeing the bill on my cc. Fearing they eill have charged me for the 15'.”

“The renters are kind courteous their contracts are well-written I had a flat tire in one of the vehicles during my travels and they sent someone out to change the tire there very good at what they do and they have a lot of product for U-Haul I also rented a car carrier and it was pretty well price I was happy with their service”

Only this location was able to have one. Greg the owner/ manager was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the services and safety inspection of my hitch. In addition of providing uhaul service they do tent and party rental as well.please be sure to check them out and support their business.”
