“Tim was terrific, kind, informative and even though I’ve rented several U-Hauls throughout my life, his customer service skills were exemplary and I honestly felt happy to return the next time I’m in need of their customers services. Great job Tim and I’ll see you around soon.”
“Dawn & Joe are absolutely AWESOME. No matter what my delicate is their always willing to go that extra step for complete customer satisfaction. Car Connections 2 ? ? up they rock”
“I have worked with Abraham in this location multiple times and he is the best, very professional and knowledgeable, he makes the process quick and easy! Highly recommend.”
“So easy to rent a truck and make arrangements for packing materials and hiring reputable movers. Was using u-haul for the first time to move our son back home from out of state. Very convenient locations to pick up and drop off. Loved that the packing materials were shipped to home instead of having to pick up from store. The air conditioner was strong in 100 degree weather and the leather seats were very comfortable for the 14 hour drive. Would definitely use again.”
“I rented a U-Haul from them today, and they were super great! They were super kind and helpful, and very accommodating despite my situation being a bit of an odd one!
If you are looking to rent any cars or Uhauls I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to these guys as the service is top tier!”
“In person renting honestly is more personable and questions are answered. Online services as far as registration basic website nothing difficult to create a reservation. Most U-Haul sites are fairly clean unless you’re in a large city. I’ve been using U-Haul for over 20 years. I feel many other places are just not affordable for a move for me. Tried and True”
“Seamless experience. I will definitely rent from them again. The truck was clean and well-maintained. The additional moving equipment I added was available, and the one item that wasn’t was replaced with a substitute item and extra moving pads. The pads were clean, and well worth the price to protect my items during transport.
As an aside the Movers “Keep-It Moving” that I arranged through U-Haul were also 5 star. Arrived on time, worked non-stop, handled items carefully and got the entire move done very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them and using professional moving help to assist with heavy or difficult moves.
All in all a top-tier experience with this location and rhe Movers contracted through U-Haul.”
“Renting a U-haul from this location was such a smooth process. Tim was great at explaining everything about this rental. The U-haul was clean and ready for pick-up. I will recommend this location and continue to go back to rent from this location.”
“I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . I would recommend this service at this location, just make sure you have photos on your phone not just through the link evaluations. Contract# 79626382”
“Very professional employees and staff. Very well organized. Employees know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicles fixed. 5 star business.”

“Of all of the U-haul locations I have worked with, this one had the best customer service thanks to Med!! Med was incredibly helpful and got me out of jam by finding another van to rent when their location did not have one. Med, you deserve a raise because you are wonderful!! Thank you!!”
“I had an excellent experience renting from this U-Haul location. The owner was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I arrived, everything was organized, efficient, and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when promised. I will definitely rent from this location again.”
“I had a great experience at this U-Haul location. The guy in there was friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. He took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had the right equipment for my move. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Returning the truck was just as simple and efficient. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.”
“Great experience with U-Haul Glacier Auto Location! The rental process was quick and easy, the vehicle was clean and ready on time, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Pick-up and drop-off were smooth with no issues. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend this location.”
“Quick, friendly, and professional. Online reservation defaulted to nearest dealer with truck size I needed. Owner was very nice, explained all the terms, even advised me how to save some $$ on the mileage. If I need to move more stuff, Ill check with them first!”
“Steven is amazing! I showed up right at opening to beat the heat “which I know can be annoying” but he was extremely professional and friendly. He made the transaction smooth and provided important rental information. I appreciate good people these days like him. Definitely recommend visiting this location for your moves 🙌🏽”
“These guys came through after Hertz screwed us over. We were able to rent a cargo van in no time and it was such a great experience. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, definitely always coming here from now on.”
“Outstanding location to get a U-Haul from! The people work with you there, and even park the truck for you when you’re done. Truck was well maintained and clean. No complaints. Great experience.”
“UhaulAnother great experience with uhaul rental. This time was at the location on 201 Ruth drive in Newark DE. After looking for a trailer and was not able to get any. Only this location was able to have one. Greg the owner/ manager was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the services and safety inspection of my hitch. In addition of providing uhaul service they do tent and party rental as well.please be sure to check them out and support their business.”
“Professional contacts at the pick up site and on the Uhaul phone site. Amazing... Smooth pickup & drop off. Equipment was new and not saturated by cigarette smoke. Pleasant transaction.”

The company was founded by Leonard Shoen in Ridgefield, Washington, who began it in the garage owned by his wife's family, and expanded it through franchising with gas stations. “My mother and I arrived to pick up a trailer rental. Checkout was quick and there was someone outside to help us connect the trailer to our hitch. The gentleman helping us was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend using theis location for your U-Haul rental equipment.”
