“Granted, we love Costco. It seems this is one of the bigger Costco stores. For us this was the perfect place to fuel up and pick up some liquor before we proceeded down the Delmarva. That it is tax free in Delaware saves a couple bucks, always a pleasant surprise.
The gas line moved quickly, more so than in our home state of NJ, where attendants must pump your gas.
The location is great: just about every highway in the state goes past it.
As with all Costcos, it's clean, and the staff is excellent.

“Good Evening Google Family. I finally purchased a membership card here at Costco at the Christiana location in Delaware. I am familiar with Costco since I used to be an Instacart shopper and my shops would sometimes be here. I always enjoyed going to Costco. I have never visited this location in Delaware. But I have patronized the one in King of Prussia and also the one in Glen Mills. I really enjoy the sampling of food items. Everything always tastes so good!!! The parking lot is a MadHouse!!! I had to drive around for about 10 minutes before I found a parking space. One of the associates told me the best time to shop there is Monday thru Wednesday. Thank Goodness I only wanted two items today; bananas and Body Wash. I had shopped previously on Friday and Saturday at Walmart and Giant supermarkets. Hector, an Costco associate, assisted me with my membership purchase. I elected to get the Executive plan which was $120.00. I really did not want to pay that, but I did, simply to get the rewards back, like 2% every time I purchase something. They send you a check in the mail. It was a long process for the membership application, but Hector was very efficient, and very polite. He showed me on my phone, the Costco app and how it worked. I forgot that I had to take a photo for the membership. I hated that part! I hate all of my closeup pictures. That photo taking, waiting for the photo to come out of the machine, took forever!!! Thank goodness, I can take the photo again, just not today. I walked around the store and bought my items. I visited the restroom just to see if it was clean and it was, surprisingly!!! I decided to purchase a Caesar Salad and some caesar dressing and a fruit smoothie. It tasted like raspberry pomegranate. I must say that the procedure to acquire your food is very efficient. I don't think I will ever buy food from there to eat anymore because it can get Chaotic!! You order from the kiosk and you pay at the kiosk. They give you a receipt with your number and then you wait for your number to be called. You can pay using cash or credit/debit card. I really enjoyed my CostCo experience today. I look forward to more rewarding experiences at CostCo Wholesale. Don't forget to work out!!!!”

“Exceeded my expectations. They have a pretty nice selection and most of it was a huge savings over anything I'm used to buying. Jameson was a big savings, although I'm told Kirkland whiskey is great and even cheaper. All the Kirkland wine and Prosecco we bought was great and ridiculously cheap. Even picked up a German beer advent calendar I'm excited for. Some of the beer is at cost, most of the local stuff, but the cases of Sam Adams was a pretty big savings. Beer selection isn't huge though. But can't go wrong here.”
“Great...it's always lines. The wait is not too bad. I know it's because the gas prices are lower than " the others". I only fuel my car here. Never had a problem with bad gas! ie water ? in fuel ⛽ my choice hands down!!?”
“Super duper Costco location. Wow . Loved this . Lots of options to buy electronics and other things - and the best thing is - it's tax free :). We bought a couple of laptops and surely saved money on tax ! They have good inventory too. Wish there were more people near computer area to help customers . It took us 10 mins to find out an associate to get a customer pick up slip for a laptop: if not for the local help , I would have rated this store 5 stars . Billing was quick .parking is a bit crazy in this location. Liked it overall :)”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE getting gas here, but HATE the extremely long line and that they don’t open until 6:30. All in all it’s the best spot for gas and prices is what keeps me coming back.”

“Overnight parking available for about 3 maybe 4 trucks. ONCED In a door...they r quick...shipping and receiving opens at 9am...do not expect them to come out at 9am n see whose out there..they wont. I had to go inside the store and basically beg to get unloaded. Seriously.”
“BJs tire center staff were EXCELLENT - staff advised to change 1 tire as opposed to the 3 I had purchased - as the two back tires had plenty of life left - rebalanced all at no charge - very helpful staff - and saved me over $200 that I did not need to spend - have been coming here for tires for many years - this is an example of why I keep coming back!”

“Just a mention because not sure where to send a comment about one of your employees in the meat department in the New Castle Delaware store. His name is Hank and he was so helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions for an upcoming party I was having. It's not every day you find employees who will go out of their way to make sure you are buying the correct amount and cuts of meat to help you stay within a budget. He is a huge asset to the company!”
