“I needed a shower drain and all connections for my RV. Went there and with personal service they provided I had everything I needed to repair my shower. I think they put Lowe’s to shame. I will try them first.”
“I was in early this morning to get a utility cabinet. When I got it home and unpacked I found a forklift had been run through it a few times. Shame on me for not checking the box. My bad. I took the severely damaged panel and was greeted by Niles who promptly jumped into action and called a supervisor to assist us. Along comes Jackie who gave me some options. One I chose was to do a return, buy a new one and just get the panel out of that one and leave the rest as my return. But, they didn't have another. But, the Camden store 7 miles away had six. She called ahead and I headed there. Sidebar, the Camden store is a crap hole with crappier management. Thanks for nothing Deanna, you are a crappy manager that knows zero about customer service. Went back to Dover and Jackie ordered me another cabinet and we will do the door trad when it comes in. Jackie and Niles are the bomb !!!”

Not from the area was down to drop off a stain sample. I passed it on mw way. On my way back I stopped. The person helping me was fabulous & showed me all around.

“The place was awesome. Went to go get tools for work. I always buy tools thar have a lifetime warranty, and this was the best place. Tools were cheap and are well made. The lady at the counter was really nice and helped me save money shoutout to her. Highly recommend going here for people of all ages. This place is truly unbelievable.”

“Echoing what I heard already, one can pull one's truck into their yard, fill your truck bed with wood and, for a 6-foot bed, pay $20. You have to load it yourself, and pick what you think is cured wood, but for the price it can't be beat.”

“We stopped in to look at the selection of toilets that Lowe's has in stock. While we were comparing the different ones, Sales Associate Ray in Plumbing walked down the aisle and asked if he could help us. Normally, you have to chase an associate down for help, but not the case with Ray. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the different models to us. He also, with the assistance of another older associate, loaded the new toilet into our vehicle after just having spinal surgery late last year. WOW!!!
We were so impressed by Ray's helpfulness and genuinely friendly demeanor that we had to write this review to give Ray the Kudos he well deserved. The younger generation of associates could learn a great deal from Ray's professionalism, strong work ethic, and excellent people skills. Thank you, Ray, and God bless you.?”
