“A small shop and the time I went all the workers were busy with one floater helping walkins. Waited about 15 minutes to pick up my pre-ordered phone. If they had an Amazon style locker pick up with codes it could help people like me be in and out of the shops”
“I placed an order online to pick up my trade in phone's. The staff was friendly. The lady who was checking us out ensure that we have all the info. She asked us if we knew how to transfer all the data from old phone to new phone. She also offered to help transfer all the data. We did have time to do this in store as it was a lot of data to transfer. We happily declined and ensured her we can do it at home. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out for job well done 😄.
