“I placed an order online to pick up my trade in phone's. The staff was friendly. The lady who was checking us out ensure that we have all the info. She asked us if we knew how to transfer all the data from old phone to new phone. She also offered to help transfer all the data. We did have time to do this in store as it was a lot of data to transfer. We happily declined and ensured her we can do it at home. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out for job well done 😄. Would definitely come visit this store again in future when I need a new phone.”

She got on the phone and thanks to her she was able to escalate the problem and get the billing fixed and lower my bill. I refer her to anyone who is experiencing issues with T-mobile. Go see Carmella Armstrong she is a mobile expert, knowledgeable, professional and works to satisfy customers. Thanks to Carmella I decided to keep my T-mobile service and go to this store location.”

“I am only giving a 5 star because of the desk man, Abel. He has literally kept me with Metro. He is always super helpful, kind and patient. Even when I have been super stressed out and impatient because the wait time there is (ususally) crazy long. Abel has helped me transfer broken phones and replace lost phones. It would be nice if you guys had one other person in there to maybe take smaller issues/payments while another focuses on the 10 -20+ minutes issues. Thank you Abel for always helping me out.”
