The only thing they don’t have is a clothing section like home goods but other than that I recommend home sense as they have all the same stuff but less crowded

“I love Kohl's, especially their Clearance racks. But their boxer briefs & boxers, as sexy as they may be, are just way overpriced. Their sale was BOGO, which was still a bit too pricey for my range. Clearance is what I go for, too find great deals on off-season items.”

“I’m from Philly & I recently came down to Delaware to visit family & decided to make a stop at this location while I was in the area. I have to say it was by far the best costumer service I’ve experienced in either state. I do want to shout out your associate Megan for being so approachable, kind & professional. She took the time to listen and had every answer to all my questions. I was in & out, leaving with everything I came for. Not often you can accomplish that.”

“I did an online survey, but I wanted to specifically compliment Brittany in the jewelry department!! She was so patient, and helpful.
My boyfriend and I were walking around the mall looking for promise rings. It was our first time, both of us were nervous about finding something that fit our style while staying in budget. We visited a few stores like pandora and zales, they were so mean! It was as if we were bothering them by coming in the store. I didn’t want that experience to be associated with our rings.
My boyfriend ended up recommending JCPenny, since they have a jewelry section. Brittany smiled at us and provided such sweet clarification when we approached her. She pointed us right to the promise rings section and let us try the rings on. She even doubled checked our sizes to make sure they were accurate and comfortable (I now know that there should be a bit of resistance when you’re putting on your rings!). It was a much warmer experience than what we had before, and we left out with such a perfect matching set of rings.
Thank you so much Brittany. We were close to giving up, and with it being Valentine’s Day weekend, the rings were pretty important to us. I appreciate the time and care she took to get us what we wanted. She is very kind and deserves to be recognized! I’ll remember this experience when we’re looking for our wedding rings ?”
“I had to buy some Clinique that I wanted in the right shade so a woman that worked there help me, unfortunately I don't care as much as I used to but I know they try to keep everything in stock for you as best I can, I used to love shopping at Macy's with my mother so to me it's kind of sad to see how business has been going down for them because they do have good merchandise a nice help.”

“Went through Macy's to get to the Brandywine Valley SPCA Event in Christiana Mall .. they had an adoption meetings on Saturday.. it was really good, they had a lot of animals that got adopted.. thank everyone that came out and either adopted or gave donations for their help.”

“I love this place - I always find something amazing for a fabulous price. (Saturday it was $99 "soft" leather shoes for only $10!) Cuz they had a "30% off all clearance items). Wow! Only improvement would be if it were expanded. Men's dept is especially small.”

“I went to the men's fragrance counter to pick a birthday gift for a friend and when I say THE SERVICE I received from Sharon was impeccable I mean it was amazing! Unsure as to which fragrance I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied with what I brought. Nowadays the shopping experiences are just so BLAH most of the sales representatives are so cold and semi-rude. She was a breath of fresh air and Macy's should be proud to have her represent their company. “I was disappointed in the selection today but considering the time of year it seemed they're probably hearing up for Christmas. I've been in two other Ross locations that left me feeling like I needed a shower, thankfully today was different. No selection but excellent staff.”
“Went here on a cold Saturday afternoon. Store wasn't particularly busy. Customers are greeted at the front door with a sign that says no bags, so be sure to bring your own! Name brand food products are priced at full retail and can be found at the local supermarket for a lower cost. Seems like just another way to target the pockets of the economically lower classes into spending more than necessary on foodstuffs. You may be surprised by the cost at checkout (I was charged half of what the price tag stated). Cashier was respectful. Store was organized and clean.”
“Black male working the register today was amazing ..had plenty of energy, was polite and personable with every customer...had a long line due to limited help and handled it professionally and apologetically for the wait...made it fun to shop at the store with great customer interaction...even greeted EVERY customer entering the store while most employees would deem the long line a stressful situation...but not him...made him thrive under pressure...great job!”

“Great experience here. Purchased a dress shirt and wanted to return for a size larger because to button it around my neck to wear a tie per say was too tight, they didn’t have another size unless I ordered it through them online which would have exceeded the price I paid for the shirt originally so I had to return it and I really loved it. The store clerks were really nice and I will do a lot of shopping here they have really great merchandise for men as well as colognes, ties , socks, etc.”
