After going in person and speaking with several staff members I want to make it known that the call center they are using are the rude ones. In person the branch was very quick to help and resolved my issue quickly so I was able to access my account.
I have been a loyal customer since 2009 and I am RUNNING away. Their customer service is horrendous. They updated their online banking and mobile app and even admitted to a lot of issues but they refuse to help me access my account unless I show up at their office THAT IS ONLY OPEN DURING EVERYONE ELSE'S WORKING HOURS.”

“I love this place. I've been banking there for years. They know you by name and spend a lot of time with you reviewing options when it comes to taking out a loan. The credit card rate can't be beat. They've even called me when a payment was late to see if I want to pay it over the phone. You get to speak with real people, not just recordings. We've had several car loans and an equity loan through them. Their rates are very competitive.”

We moved from our bank we had for the past 11-12 years.It did take a while but the bank was willing to work with us.Eveann Jerry is definitely willing to work with customers having their business accounts opened. We made an appointment the day prior. She called and reminded my husband exactly what he needed and to make sure we were attending the appointment.I thought I had all of the correct documents but they waited for us to submit one last document, so we could open our accounts that day. They worked with us and stayed open 40 MINUTES after they closed.We've never banked with Chase but after our experience yesterday and seeing our accounts online today. I realized this is the BEST bank out there. Both helpful, and technology wise.I'm a tough cookie and they handled everything professionally.
