“The people here are amazing and I always enjoy having a chat with him every-time i visit! They have amazing varieties and they put the glass on for you! The prices are reasonable and every time i visit they’re always greeting me with a kind smile! I highly recommend checking them out-that’s where i buy all my chargers, cases, glasses, iPad cases, phone car holders, bluetooth's and speakers! It’s the largest cell phone accessory store around here! They have a location in the Dover Mall as well!”
“If you have questions about, need accessories for, or want to upgrade your phone, Vinoo is the man to see. I have been to other AT&T stores where I had to wait for extremely long periods of time to be spoken to and felt as if I was being pressured to buy things I didn’t need. That definitely was not the case at the college South Salisbury store location. Vinoo has the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I had less than a five minute wait time and Vinoo went above and beyond to explain things to me and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store. He also gave me his business card in case I had any questions once I got home. Extremely efficient and friendly. I will definitely be going to the store from now on.”

“I had a problem with my bill that occurred due to making a few changes to it however I was not told about a lot of the increases, add ons that would occur when I made the changes. I went into the store on 11/2/25 and worked with India to resolve all of my issues. India was patient, kind and worked with me until issues were resolved. I would highly recommend working with her and can't thank her enough for all that she did for me that day.”
“Great little shop Been going here for years to get phones, he usually has a good selection in store as well as able to order in almost any device. He offers a range of services to from prepaid to contract lines. Lennie is quick to help out & patient with any questions we have about services and or devices. Most of all I like that i know I'm getting a honest answer vs someone just saying anything to make a sale.. and the variety of little things in shop are cool to. He will have anything from good body oils, car accessories, electronic accessories, charging blocks etc. I like that the Inventory is always changing and he's consistent, you know if there's ever a question you can just come back tomorrow.”

“Shout out to Luis P at this store! Bought the phone I didn’t want to get cause was told there weren’t none left of the phone I wanted by another sales associate but was able to exchange it for the phone I wanted and only paying the difference thanks to Luis cause the phone I wanted was actually in stock was just lied to by another sales rep at this location. I will definitely go back to this location if needing any other phones or devices. Luis definitely has great customer service skills and went above and beyond for me.”

“I would like to share that everyone was so welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. I end up sitting at Sean's table. Every question I needed answer to ,he was able to answer and explain. He was patient , fast and friendly with the service he provided. Although he had issues with his tablet , he remained professional and just talked with me through the wait.

“My son had a complicated issue with his bill. We originally went to the main Verizon store in Salisbury only to be dismissed. We were told it would have to be handled by calling customer service. We decided to try the store in Delmar and received some of the best customer service I’ve had. They took an actual interest in solving the problem. We were there for about an hour and left with problem solved! I will definitely be using them from now on.”
