I went into the store on 11/2/25 and worked with India to resolve all of my issues. India was patient, kind and worked with me until issues were resolved. Bought the phone I didn’t want to get cause was told there weren’t none left of the phone I wanted by another sales associate but was able to exchange it for the phone I wanted and only paying the difference thanks to Luis cause the phone I wanted was actually in stock was just lied to by another sales rep at this location.
