“Thank you Caliber Collision! My car looks brand new, When you guys got finished every scratch was gone . It looks like you guys detailed my car inside and out when you were finished. It was ready when you promised and you made it easy for me to return my rental car also! I hope I never see you guys again, but if I’m unfortunate and get into another accident, I’m bringing my car right back to Caliber Collision. Thank you again!”

“I highly recommended this auto body shop, they went above and beyond to get my car finished in time, and Brian even went out of his way to connect me with other body shops in my area to do other work needed due to my distance from their shop. Their staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and the overall experience was exceptional. Thank you!Services: Battery”

“My experience with Preston of Dover was exceptional from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Troy in sales, who was professional, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. He took the time to understand my budget, worked with me to reach a fair price, and went above and beyond by helping me secure the best possible rate on insurance. General Manager Eric has built an outstanding team and operation. The entire process was transparent, efficient, and pressure-free, with excellent communication throughout. The dealership itself is well-run and they stand behind their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Preston of Dover, and specifically Troy and Eric, to anyone looking for a professional and honest dealership experience.”

“We needed to have the rear window of the cab of our truck replaced. Dustin did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He called to let us know when he’d be here, we had several text messages from Safelite during the process, and finally the whole process, from booking to completion, was absolutely smooth! Would highly recommend Safelite”
