Horrible parkn lot.
We received truck In SC was a good experience, Dover lady was snooty and my gosh pulling the truck into the lot was ridiculous!

I reserved a moving truck months in advance. When I went to pick it up they didn't have one to give me and said "someone was supposed to call and tell me". Well no body did and here I was on moving day without a moving truck. Very unacceptable service and an unprofessional business. Go to Penske.
