  1. Mattress Firm Dover - 454 North Dupont Highway

454 North Dupont Highway, Dover DE 19901

    4.9 Superb 247 reviews

“Mattress Firm Dover is BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL thanks to their Sales Associate, Sam and incredible Manager, Christian. Sam greeted us up front and after we shared our budget number and what we preferred in mattress firmness, Sam took us to the area that matched our criteria. The Store Manager, Christian even joined us and encouraged us to try the various mattresses as he explained what we could expect with services and the total experience in doing business with Mattress Firm. We had shopped other stores and brands prior to Mattress Firm and I must say never felt as confident and ready to invest in a new mattress until now. As a matter of fact, we purchased TWO mattresses that evening - one for our home in Dover and one for our son. Delivery and set-up was also timely and efficient as promised. Thank you Christian for your product knowledge and management skills - greatly appreciated!!!”

  2. Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store - 1061 North Dupont Highway

1061 North Dupont Highway, Dover DE 19901

    4.7 Superb 292 reviews

“Went in looking for a specific couch to deliver to my new apartment. But also ended up seeing some other things I wanted to add at the last minute- that being a coffee table. Matt was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable when it came to looking up the prices for several options (even those without pricetags) and making himself available whenever we had questions. As someone who has never gotten furniture delivered before, I appreciate not only the ease of process but also his and the managers aid in making sure every little piece of information was correct before everything was finalized from the color of the items down to the options to have the movers wear show guards on my new carpet. Super grateful for the help!”

    3.3 Good 18 reviews

“At first we weren’t even going to bother entering the store because we thought everything would be out of our price range. We decided to go in anyways and were greeted by one employee who led us around the store like dogs on a leash, pointing out items that did not fit what we had asked for whatsoever. I told him we would look around and find him if we needed his assistance. Once we found a few items of interest, we were joyfully greeted by a bright smiled Lela! She got us wonderful deals on furniture and we ended up spending over 3 grand in the store BECAUSE OF HER! We since been back and have been looking to purchase more furniture. If it wasn’t for Lela we wouldn’t have bought a single thing. LelaIs wonderful and spent over an hour with us! We are now able to call her a true friend and our 6 month old daughter loves her! Lela deserves a raise and recognition for what she does!”

1030 Forrest Ave Ste 109, Dover DE 19904

    3 Average 42 reviews

“Lee and the manager (sorry for forgetting your name) were very helpful with my payment issue. I didn't want to lose my lease. I used my membership benefits. I talked probably too much, but I had to vent. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't understand how this store gets negative reviews. Note: Don't come to Aaron's with an attitude about a payment you owe, but talk to the staff as if You work there and come to a peaceful compromise. Paid off one, almost on second lease, another to go. Thank you, Aaron's.”
