Nice to buy a car from, but service is way too expensive! Not sure why dealers charge so much more than like a Firestone. They have lost my business for service forever. $1,000 for brakes. Mostly labor cost. Firestone here I come.

Fuck what you heard, this dealership is awesome. Great sales reps, not pushy, and didn't try any shady uncharges. Jennifer was my sales rep, and I'm happily driving the new 2023 Mazda CX50. Best car I've ever owned.

Absolutely horrible service the last 2 years. Promised a credit on credit card from last service, a month later still waiting. Looking at new cars- definitely won't buy at any Hertrich's dealership!
