I went into this store and spoke with Carmella Armstrong about the issues I was having. She got on the phone and thanks to her she was able to escalate the problem and get the billing fixed and lower my bill. I refer her to anyone who is experiencing issues with T-mobile. Go see Carmella Armstrong she is a mobile expert, knowledgeable, professional and works to satisfy customers. Thanks to Carmella I decided to keep my T-mobile service and go to this store location.”

“Stopped into this store to switch to Tmobile from Xfinity. Diane helped me get a s25+ , watch, and tablet. In all it took her whole shift with the issues with Xfinity giving out wrong account numbers for port outs. Even still she was willing to take Even more time to help transfer photos and data from old phone. Everyone else was pleasant and helpful. Will be recommending to friends and family.”
