She got on the phone and thanks to her she was able to escalate the problem and get the billing fixed and lower my bill. I refer her to anyone who is experiencing issues with T-mobile. “Stopped into this store to switch to Tmobile from Xfinity. Diane helped me get a s25+ , watch, and tablet. In all it took her whole shift with the issues with Xfinity giving out wrong account numbers for port outs. Even still she was willing to take Even more time to help transfer photos and data from old phone. Everyone else was pleasant and helpful. Will be recommending to friends and family.”
