“They have 2 store cats that Wonder around named Lovey and Dillon. most of the time they also have kittens for adoption that also wonder around.They are also dog friendly, so you can bring your dog inside.They also donate to animal charity's.Last December they held a photo opertnedy where you could take a picture with your dog and the grinch.”
“We purchased the xl heavy duty cat tree and it did not disappoint. We have had it for a few months now and our cats love it. It is sturdy and strong and holds up to our big boys. My one cat has already managed to tear a little bit of the carpet from the ladder leading up to the bed but I would rather he tear up his tree then my furniture or house. Love it and recommend.”

“Love this place! Staff is so kind and helpful, and they have a great selection of pet goods with equally good prices. I took my fussy Min Pin/Chihuahua mix in to their November nail trim clinic and the woman doing it made him very comfortable and had it done within a couple of minutes! I will be back next month with my diva Cavapoo !”
“Super helpful staff. My dog had an upset stomach and the vet recommended some food/diet supplements and modifications. I called concord pet and luckily the manager answered and helped me select some frozen chicken meal they have great success with along with a Probiotic powder to mix in. With a couple cans of organic pumpkin. They even offer a 10% military/law enforcement discount!Highly recommend”

“They have great sales, especially on pet toys. Many pet foods to choose from for cats and dogs. You have to be careful of expiration dates, or taped up torn bags in bagged food. You have the option to donate a can to pet shelters, and you can adopt a cat too.”
“Everyone was great when I took my dogs in to get their vaccinations. I especially want to spotlight Max, who checked us in. Max was professional, kind, calm, and courteous. They were extremely attentive and in tune with my dogs. I appreciate the kindness and care Max took with me and my dogs. Thanks, Max!!”

“Staff is super helpful. I brought my cats in as I could not figure out harness that animal emotional support sent me. They sent me small dog instead of small cat. The staff fit proper harnesses & leashes to both my cats. My cats have never been upstairs. I need to find out how to train them to walk on the leashes. But the harnesses are on so I am halfway there.”

“I’m am currently training my adopted puppy with individual lesson with Pam. They are well worth it. My dog would not stop pulling, even with a prong collar. Within 2 lessons, she is off the prong collar and walking next to me barely pulling.”
“The staff was very friendly to us and our puppy, Cooper. My dog has a wood chewing problem which includes our fence and shed! The store clerk recommended a spray to deter and train him. He was knowledgeable about the product and explained the 100% return policy if it didn't work.”
“Always loved this place. Lived on Harrow. Still have a stray cat that caused a commotion outside the store doors, and when my husband and I decided to adopt him, the manager on duty came out with a bag of toys, treats, food and other supplies. Free of charge she said. This was over 10 years ago and I still think about it.”

“This dog wash is an absolute delight. My girls and I were treated so warmly. Everything I could need was handed to me. I anticipated that bringing my two dogs at the same time would be tedious and potentially challenging but NO! I had such a pleasant experience! The gentleman that assisted me was so helpful and patient. Prices are absolutely great. You cannot go wrong with this place. I most certainly see myself becoming a regular here. I only regret not coming here sooner and struggling in my home this long.”
