“Ok, had a bad fall- ER trip, ER called pain meds in early in the day- finally discharged at 4pm - called to see if meds were ready - apparently the pharm chains are having walk outside and issues with help - took me a couple days to get my meds bc of the walk offs - check your pharmacy for issues getting meds before settling on getting prescriptions called in - the chain stores might not be the best way to go - other than that I have no issues”

“I like the prices of the fact that they're open all night and I like the fact that you can get a lottery ticket anytime of the day it's rare that you can't get a lottery ticket anytime of the day at Wawa the only time you can't is when the machine is re-evaluating or something or the jackpot is going off so I like that element of it I don't like the air pump the air pump will suck the air out of your tire rather than put their in and because of that machine my tire actually went and got a nail in it because I had to drive on a flat tire because of the fact that the air pump was not in it wasn't placing air in my tire it was sucking air out and it's because of the way that the pump itself is made so it's not worth it getting free air if there's even a slight chance that the machine will take the air out rather than put the air in that's the only complaint that I have about Wawa is that that demonic air pump everything else is perfect so so far even the employees are all right you know normally you encounter some real ratchet individuals these days they can't stand having to do their jobs but in this and most of the wawas I've been in I've never had an issue so far”

“I had my grandson and service dog with me one night when we had driven to the beach to watch the meteor shower. I lost my keys for over 3 hours, had to call roadside assistance and wait another 1 1/2 hours. By time we were heading home, although we were laughing at the whole night. We were exhausted and my 13 year old grandson was hungry. We stopped at this Wawa, early hours in the morning, ordered his food, every single employee had to come and say hi to my service dog, who is 112 lbs. she’s a big dog. We were telling them about our ordeal and it came time to pay for the order, I couldn’t find my debit card. I told them to let me check my car and search my car. The employees said “it’s taken care of “. I wanted to cry. They all treated us so nice and paid for my order. I’ve never had anyone be so nice. Not the police I called to help me find keys on a beach at night with no flashlight, not the fire department, not my roadside assistance, no one we asked if they had a flashlight we could borrow, but the Wawa employees at this Wawa made my night. They were nice beyond words. Thank you!!!!!”
“Had an excellent experience with Rite Aid Savannah Rd. Called earlier in the day looking for a medication. Pharmacist was ver knowledgeable. Medication was available and was filled in a few hours. At pick up I arrived at 5 min to closing. Pharmacist who was working alone at the time, took the time to correct my insurance with a smile and cheerful attitude. The pharmacist stayed after closing to process my order, figure out my insurance, and the other staff was super friendly in helping with another question.”

“The reason I'm giving 5 stars to our visit is due to one of the employees named Kevin! We were driving through to Ocean City and needed to stop to grab something to snack on. I was in the mood for Snickers, and asked cashier where you find them. I went to the aisle and unfortunately the store was not stocked at the moment with them. What was really cool however, was when this employee from up front walked over to check on us, explaining the stocking situation. That was so above and beyond, I held onto my receipt so I could give him a review. Thankfully his name was on receipt! Our visit was 8/17/24, just after 2 pm in the afternoon. I ended up buying some lightly salted almonds instead. Kevin, your customer service made our visit to this particular Rite Aid nice. Thank you!”

They take the time to understand why you left your old Pharmacy and do everything to they can to make it a 10 out 10 visit every time!”

“The 5 stars are for Tracy in pharmacy. I got an email that pushed my prescription refill 3 days past when I needed it. I called the pharmacy. I waited under a minute to speak to her. She was lovely and understanding. She got right on it to have it ready today. I can't speak for everyone else but my husband and I never had a problem at this store. Thanks Tracy!

I don’t care much for the location and mainly because Walmart is right there and is always PACKED, so if you’re trying to go through the pharmacy window it can be a pain, but it’s doable.
