PetSmart in Millsboro stated they no longer provide hands-on customer service because they don't have the staff. Well... I think PetSmart needs to take some pointers from Concord Pet.”

“Awesome sanctuary for new and elderly birds. Atmosphere is amazing for the birds. Owners are personally involved with each and calls them by name. Much TLC which allows these birds to adjust and adapt to new environments with love involved.”
