“My phlebotomist at this location was AMAZING. I wish I caught her name but I was so flustered! I was the first appointment yesterday morning, and she kindly informed me that my doctor never sent over the paperwork needed to perform my bloodwork (of course this happened on a Monday ??‍♀️). She patiently sat with me while I was on hold with my doctor’s office, gave me her location’s fax number, and was super flexible, even letting me step out so the patron behind me could go while I scrambled to get a hold of someone who could help. Once I got what I needed, she quickly came to the rescue and still fit me in. She reassured me that she was happy to help and not one time did she make me feel like a bother. Even though this location is a bit far from my house, I will ABSOLUTELY be making the trip back should I need any future services. Would recommend this location — particularly for early morning visits!!”

It is tidy and well stocked. I go there to have my blookwork done (Labcorp.). The appointment is honored, and I am in and out quickly.”

“We like using this pharmacy. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. We love the auto refills and rewards. My only issue is how frequently some things aren’t in stock. But even when this happens they are great about transferring to another pharmacy.”

“Mark Isabella is the most wonderful pharmacist on earth! He is consistently nice despite angry customers constantly complaining to him and the pharmacy techs every time I come in. He is consistently optimistic and helpful and when I was sick, he filled my prescription very quickly in an urgent situation. (Pharmacists are overworked these days --- be nice, people!) I'm just so grateful that pharmacists like him exist to help navigate the minefield that is insurance trying to fill meds. It's not even always uniformly good customer service at Walgreens but he is an exception and a fabulous plus to the Limestone Rd location. Please give this man and the pharmacy techs a gold star and a raise!”
