“My primary care doctor is on the third floor of the same building. A few years ago I thought I would give Metro a try. I never turned back. Sam is so honest and caring. I have so many illnesses and I take a ton of medications. Sometimes I forget to call in refills but it doesn’t matter because Sam calls to remind me that it’s time to fill them and that he’ll have them ready in a few minutes. If I’m sick he will have someone drop off my medications and he won’t charge me a dime for the medications until the next time I come in. Can you imagine Walgreens or CVS doing that? NOT!! I love Sam at Metro Pharmacy and I wouldn’t go to any other Pharmacy. I would recommend using them. . ?”

“5 Star Rating!!!! Love this store on South Main Street. Associates are so helpful and friendly. Today we had a very pleasant experience. My husband went to get a flu shot and was told it would cost as he only has VA access for insurance. He paid for it and we left. We then got a call from the pharmacist - Chummy Dan - that she was going to call the VA who would then reimburse Rite Aid so my husband got his money back. To me this is going above and beyond and we truly appreciate Chummy's positive, helpful attitude which she always has. Hope she can be recognized. Thank you.”

“I just went onto this website to check into guidelines on what latest COVID vac. to book and when in relation take it to my flu shot and saw the reviews section. I thought I should leave one to comment on the excellent care I receive and was astounded there was negative reviews. I have been fortunate to have found this Rite Aid at Polly Drummond.I pass by 2 other Rite Aids to work with Ben (Pharmacist and Hana also in the Pharmacy. My insurance had me (+/or) y grandchildren) going to Walgreens or CVS and sometimes more than 1 at the same time) to fill our multitude of medications. We also have a many OTC meds we are required to take (Salt tabs for POTS, Colace, Metamucil, and MANY, MANY more). I remain at this Rite Aid because of Ben and Hana! They help me work with the insurance companies and their outrageous rules (prior auth every 6 monthe this year when it was every year before.Then rules changed as they turn different ages from 18 to 21 with the insurance companies. They are so patient, kind, helpful and caring and try to guide me. i have 3 special needs grandchildren that are amazing and they recognize them by name and always ask about them.”

“Exceeded my expectations. They have a pretty nice selection and most of it was a huge savings over anything I'm used to buying. Jameson was a big savings, although I'm told Kirkland whiskey is great and even cheaper. All the Kirkland wine and Prosecco we bought was great and ridiculously cheap. Even picked up a German beer advent calendar I'm excited for. Some of the beer is at cost, most of the local stuff, but the cases of Sam Adams was a pretty big savings. Beer selection isn't huge though. But can't go wrong here.”

When vacationing or visiting family, I have found stores with friendlier service and so clean that you thought it was a newer store. I've also seen many Walgreens in other states which carried much more variety of items stocked.”
“Pharmacy was located in same area as urgent care so that was very convenient. The store was very clean and room to move around. The Pharmacist was the only associate working in the pharmacy that evening so it made the process a little slow with orders to fill, flu shots and ringing up pharmacy customers. Overall a pretty good experience buy I was getting meds for my ill wife and was in a hurry so the slow up was a little frustrating.”

“i left my house (half a quater mile from Walgreens..walking diatance) at 530 pm. arrived at walgreens ..i see a buncha cashiers checking people out up front. as i approach the pharnacy i notice the gate halfway down . i know every single pharmacist so i said "hey bud..are u closing"..indeed they were. I let the entire pharmacy know this was my second day no meds. they could care less. i even spoke up and said id be back at crack of dawn...would have been AWESOME IF SOMEONE TOLD ME THEY ARENT OPEN WEEKENDS NOW. 9 TO 6 ON WEEKDAYS ..WEEKENDS CLOSED...I GUESS IF U WORK ALOT YOUR BEAT. SECOND YEAR OF COVID....WHat is the excuse. if its covid...i believe working as many hours as possible to help our country. smh. i wlill now go 2 more days with out my ADDICTION MEDICATION. all that fentanyl in the streets better not relapse sick or not. smh. whats next? hospitals and PDs close early? childcare does halfdays.
