Both were mid-day. There were multiple customers both times and enough staff to minimize wait times.Thank you to the staff for being a bright spot in our visit.”

Genasi, not only helped me navigate the screens but also helped me choose the correct options to get it the next day. She was so kind on the phone and this job was for a celebration of life service for my Aunt and she gave them to us for no charge. We are beyond thrilled with not only the service, but also the quality of the printing. Thank you so much!”

“So my experience in the past with shipping has not been good. I ship items from all across US to FL every week and for thousands of dollars every month. This UPS store is very good and very affordable. If you are reading this review and shipping items won from the area auction houses, this UPS store is very good. If you need help or need advice on shipping items affordable they in my experience are exceptional. I spend time and money with shipping companies and Parcel and More is extremely fair with shipping and packing. I have read reviews from others and communication and helpfulness is always mentioned and it should. So please ignore the 1 star reviews the operation and communication is far superior than other shipping operators and definitely the best when compared to other UPS stores. Remember these are franchise operators and not owned by UPS. So each location has different management and staff. I was apprehensive at first but once I began the staff impressed me so please give them an opportunity and ignore the nonsense of the 1 star reviews. Thank you Parcel & More. I really had to say something since people have not reviewed your store correctly.”
