“Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
Even though it’s a busy store, they do a great job keeping things moving and making sure no one waits in line for long.
The Amazon return process is super easy, they even have two self-service stations, but a staff member is always happy to help if needed.
Their commitment to customer service really stands out and anyone who says otherwise should really reevaluate themselves!

“The Chestnut Plaza Staples is the best! Everyone is super friendly, even when they are busy, and despite just making Amazon returns. In addition, it was super easy to submit a print order through the website, and it was reasonably priced and ready to pick up the next day. I even got a notification when it was ready. “I have been going to AIM Mail Center in West Chester for the last few years and I am impressed. Joseph, the owner, is professional, courteous and gives great guidance when I don't know more than where I want to ship something. He has packed a computer and a separate very large piece of framed art like he is packing the Hope diamond. Joseph is amazingly patient. I have watched him greet people as they walk through his door and he is friendly to everyone. He knows many of them by name. He is an old-school business man and a class act. Knows his business well! This business offers many, many services like printing and passport pictures and processing as well. Highly recommend AIM Mail Center in West Chester.”

This UPS store is very good and very affordable. If you are reading this review and shipping items won from the area auction houses, this UPS store is very good. If you need help or need advice on shipping items affordable they in my experience are exceptional. I spend time and money with shipping companies and Parcel and More is extremely fair with shipping and packing. I have read reviews from others and communication and helpfulness is always mentioned and it should. So please ignore the 1 star reviews the operation and communication is far superior than other shipping operators and definitely the best when compared to other UPS stores. Remember these are franchise operators and not owned by UPS. So each location has different management and staff. I was apprehensive at first but once I began the staff impressed me so please give them an opportunity and ignore the nonsense of the 1 star reviews. Thank you Parcel & More. I really had to say something since people have not reviewed your store correctly.”
