“I left Xfinity because I had a horrible experience (Way too much to put in a text message) I did a Google search and evaluated all the information and I was between 2 service companies. T-Mobile or Verizon? My plan was to stop at each of the two stores and talk to a salesperson before I made a decision. Thankfully, I went to T-Mobile first and I was so impressed with the way Sean approached his customers, I watched him help every other sales person in the store, I assumed he was the manager because he seemed so professional and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain all of the different programs that T-Mobile has to offer. I am 75 years old and being old school I still have a landline but my cell phone is very important to me. I don't use it in the same ways that younger people do, Sean heard me!! He understood my needs and He did not try to push me to buy something I did not need,
Which is why I didn't even go to Verizon!! I already purchased a phone which I brought with me and I did want to purchase a cover, and a screen protector. Having had my own business, I know how important it is to upsell. I never felt like Sean did this, but he was kind enough to tell me that if I bought a third item I would get 25% off of The three item
Bundle. He suggested a phone charger for the car, Which I thought would be the perfect third item.
Sean transferred everything from my phone to the new phone and he asked me to look over it and make sure that there was nothing that I was missing. I am not very tech savvy and I wasn't able to log on to my bank, which we needed to set up debit pay. I did not have my checkbook with me but I did know my account number.... With just that information, He was able to find my routing number, and he helped me to create a new password So this app was up and running for me!!
I was at the store on a busy Saturday and I was so impressed with how patient and kind Sean was in helping me and I feel badly because I did not purchase a phone,
I did not buy a more expensive service policy nor did I buy a second line so I know his commission would
not be as high as some of the other sales people that were helping other customers who, did not give them nearly the amount of help that Sean gave to me. During the time he was working with me, several other employees asked him questions and he helped every one of them.
I was shocked to find out that he was not the store manager and based on how much help he gave to his fellow employees, he should definitely be considered for a management position.
I will not only recommend T-Mobile to other people, but I will make sure that they ask for Sean!!! On a scale of 1 to 10 this man is a 100 plus !!!!
I hope you will share this review with Sean because I want him to know how much I appreciated everything that he did for me! I was not treated like a 75-year-old woman looking for
an affordable plan that would fit into my fixed income budget. This type of customer goes a long way. I live in a community about 4 miles from your store. We have 1,000 houses and 500 more are being built and I plan to share my experience with the website that serves our community. I live in Heritage Shores in Bridgeville, Delaware.

“We visited this store to purchase an additional line and an iPad - absolute kindest staff! Was a mix up they sold me the wrong Apple Pencil for my iPad- switched it out very easily. Had our 2 kids with us for the process and their tablets available for kids to play on were awesome and staff was beyond sweet to them as well! Thank you for such a great experience!!”

“Great little shop Been going here for years to get phones, he usually has a good selection in store as well as able to order in almost any device. He offers a range of services to from prepaid to contract lines. Lennie is quick to help out & patient with any questions we have about services and or devices. Most of all I like that i know I'm getting a honest answer vs someone just saying anything to make a sale.. and the variety of little things in shop are cool to. He will have anything from good body oils, car accessories, electronic accessories, charging blocks etc. I like that the Inventory is always changing and he's consistent, you know if there's ever a question you can just come back tomorrow.”
