“Tidemark Federal Credit Union, in Long Neck Delaware, has an exceptional employee named Georgina.
I had an issue with a credit card being denied January 2, 2025.
Upon entering Tidemark, Georgina met me with a cherry “Hello” then proceeded to listen to my problem.
The resolution needed a managers decision so she contacted one right away.
The whole process took approximately 30 minutes to resolve and Georgina made trips over to where I was sitting to keep me updated on the status of the issue.
She was very professional and friendly.
I thank Tidemark and Georgina for handling an uncomfortable situation with Grace.”

“Every time I have to call or visit this branch everyone is so lovely. I’ve called the regular line and spoken with the branch manager who was helping out answering phones. Unfortunately, like a lot of people, I fell victim to a scam. I went in practically in tears and within 5 minutes was in the office of Lindsay Whaley. She has been an absolute god send through this whole process. I could feel how much she and the branch manager truly cared and they worked tirelessly to get the best result possible for me. I cannot thank them enough. PNC truest has some amazing people working in the Lewes Branch who deserve A LOT of recognition.”
