βThis particular Dollar Store is always stocked well when I go there. This is the one on S. State street by Walgreens and past state troopers. Good parking avail and carts if neededβ
βFirst time here! What a combination I love, discount groceries (a treasure hunt, check your dates) and fresh produce that looks beautiful. I also saw a man walking around eating icecream apparently only $2 at the coffee counter. Iβm highly impressed, wish I lived closer.β

βBless them. They were short staff today. I wasn't crazy about the selections today. I have family visiting from Germany, and there were several things they were looking for, and it was not available. Looked online, now we need to go to Whole Foods up in Dover, DE. But I will still come back.β
βJust got home from shopping at Aldi. I was alerted by friends that they have Advent CHEESE calendars so I made sure I stopped today. They have 2 different ones. And a CHOCOLATE Advent calendar along with MANY other types. Plus I live getting the German goodies there. Aldi is always fun and interesting!β

βGroceries here are generally cheaper than other stores. Some of their chocolate is from Germany and is fantastic! Try the dark chocolate sea salt bars and the caramel macchiato gelato βΊοΈβ
βI like this store, they have a great variety of Latin products. I came to visit my family here and I stopped by the store and the prices were very good and reasonable.β
βManager Joe went out of his way to help me find the Carne Asada seasoning. Also thanks for bringing back the Trappys hot sauce, now I don't have to go back to New York to buy some.β
βWow! I received top tier service in Food lion yesterday and I just want to say thanks guys! I have a 14 month old baby and it was a little stressful yesterday because I dropped the snack he was eating and he started getting a little fussy. When we came up upon the deli to get in line, everything changed! He was sooo very happy to be greeted by the line of happy customers β¦they were waving at him and smiling and saying hi. It didnβt take long to see that everyone was so happy and in a good mood and cheerful because of the man behind the counter! I donβt know his name, but he was so happyβ¦.his joy was infectious. He gave us a sample of the lunch meat we bought and I was able to let my baby munch on that and finish my shopping. Thank you so much for making my shopping trip better!β
βOur office at Independent Newsmedia Inc. in Dover called to order a cake for a company celebration that we were having the next day. I spoke to Pam in the Bakery and was delighted to hear that the order could be completed for the next day's pickup. She was professional, polite and took great care in obtaining the order information needed to process our order. She took special care to make sure that she had received the information correctly. When I picked up the cake, Pam was not in but two other ladies jumped in to make sure that the cake was delivered to me and they were absolutely most helpful-what a team you have at the Camden DE store. You should be very proud. By the way, The cake was fantastic and we ate it all :)β
βWell organized, fair pricing, great helpful staff. They do offer some organic produce, dairy, and canned goods. I did not find organic frozen foods. Deli is fast with good selection.β

βPlenty good to say about this hometown store, however the cheese steak i donβt know how itβs being called the best around. This meat is how do i say this .. weird! Itβs super thick slices, a lot of it is difficult to chew, lots of wht seems to be gristle running through it. The taste, Iβm sorry, is bad. I get it, with all the illusions, one would believe this is a great sandwich .. thereβs plenty of βmeatβ(i think itβs fake),plenty of cheese,great condiments, on great bread. So if itβs layered with all tht you would nvr know the meat is fake, right? Well .. i pay very close attention to things in this strange world lol. I can tell you .. something is very off with this steak sub. Very off. If your health is priority in life, you probably should steer away from this βsteakβ. Iβve been eating from this store for 30yrs fyi, so i have no motive to bash them at all. I hope this helps someone!β

βGreat shopping and oftentimes excellent sale items. During the summer, this is the place to check out and get Yellow watermelon. It's very refreshing and a little different tasting from red watermelon. Redners is always clean and you can count on finding an assortment of different grocery items that other grocery stores may not have. They serve hot & cold food, deli as well as bakery items.β
βTypical walmartians. I find it odd that one of the self checkout registers is solely dedicated to employee time cards. Being in there on Christmas Eve and 2 of the registers being down or allocated to something else is the wrong move.β

βDo me a favor Sam's Club I noticed on everyone that had something negative to say they got the same response which I'm sure is just being generated. Used to be you had to be a member of Sam's Club to walk through the door. Now your Pharmacy your restaurant anybody can walk in. You have homeless people coming in stealing and then you have them following your customers your members who pay to come there out to their cars and asking for stuff and money. You need to fix this and go back to you have to be a member to walk through the door. It would fix your stealing problem and would make your customers feel safer. It's happened multiple times and I've watched that they only come up to women. maybe it's time you get a golf cart and you have somebody that patrols your parking lot but single women shopping who are actual members should not have to keep dealing with this and being stalked by the homeless that are all the way around your building camped out.β

βI won't do that again, was my first review with 1 star. But, I went back this week, 100% better. I think the staff was just having a rough day the first time. Will definitely go do pick up again! Staff was friendly and quick.β
βOut of all the Dollar General stores I have been to, this one was the nicest one. Very clean, organized and well stocked. The store also looked larger inside compared to other locations. The one downside was the employees were not too friendly and welcoming. Located right on Dupont Hwy, next to Autozone across from Rodney Village shopping center.β
βThe best Haitian market in Dover. The owners are so nice ,they know how to talk to people. Everything they should have to have a business the whole family has it. Keep the good work going ........β

βWhen I entered the store I had to be buzzed in so while I was shopping I felt extremely safe. When I walked in I was greeted by the countless mother Mary statues surrounding the inside perimeter of the store.β
βIt's nice and quiet in the early mornings when I shop. I'm so grateful to find a store with great coupons to use. Clean place and well organized. The employees are always nice and helpful if needed. I think I'll always return if they keep up the good work.β

βIf you want a snack or soda, you're in luck. The former Bodies grocery store has lots of chips and Little Debbie cakes. A great selection of Hershey's ice cream and other small ice cream brands. Lady working there is very nice.It needs some cleaning outside and grass mowed, but if you're driving by and need a little pick me up, give it a try.β
