“When arriving for my appointment I was greeted my Marie at the administrate desk. She was friendly and professional. She directed me to Matt Cooper. When meeting he was familiar with the background of my claim. when looking at my vehicle he gave me cursory overview of the work needed. Next, he provided and reviewed me with a complete detailed estimate of the work and time frame of the work needed in a manner that was easy for me to understand. He also helped me understand the communications myself, Caliber, the insurance company and the car rental agency. All went as presented. We were notified upon completion. I was out of town on business and Matt followed up with me out of concern and making sure I know the pick up time with relation to the rental vehicle.The work on the vehicle was well done and in a timely manner. I found this to be service of the highest quality. It is becoming very rare in today's business world.”

“Dead batteries can be a real pain, especially in winter times, such as now. We're able to jump start it, and drove it directly to Autozone. By this time, it was almost 6 PM, dark, and below 40 F. The crew had no issues helping us get a new battery picked out, and installed in the dark even. Pricing for the battery was competitive, and took about 15-20 min for the swap out. Very much appreciated the effort, and courtesy. Will definitely return for future parts and service when the need arises.”
