“In person renting honestly is more personable and questions are answered. Online services as far as registration basic website nothing difficult to create a reservation. Most U-Haul sites are fairly clean unless you’re in a large city. I’ve been using U-Haul for over 20 years. I feel many other places are just not affordable for a move for me. Tried and True”
