When it came to making the decision to put him down and end his suffering, they were so compassionate and respectful of our decision, allowing us to take all the time that we needed. They even followed up afterwards with a card signed by some members of the staff.

Our 2-year-old has severe anxiety and does not like going to the vet or being touched, making appointments very stressful for him. Our 6-year-old doesn’t mind going to the vet but still gets a little nervous during visits.
Dr. Ruchi and our technician, Meg, were incredibly patient, calm, and compassionate with both of them. They took the time to make each of our dogs feel as comfortable as possible, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care they received. We would recommend Willow Grace over and over again. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our pups!

They fit us in for an emergency visit. After a review of the patient's questionnaire, Dr. Shapiro spent nearly an hour examining him...which turned out to be a her!, reviewed needs, diet, behaviors...answered tons of questions, showed real concern and empathy. She treated her so well, so gentle, so kind. She took her time, gave me tons of information to read and told me to call anytime with questions.

We’re beyond grateful for the trust we could place in them, and seeing her walk with us on leash now is just a beautiful gift.
I had the most wonderful day with Clary at the park today on leash command and free command with leash. ? she was an off leash dog, but with Riedel K9 training, we are pleased she is adjusting to both.

5407 Peterson Rd, MiddletownSuch an adorable spot! Sweet Melissa is a place I would highly recommend, especially in the morning when the bakery section is fully stocked. They have an amazing selection of cakes available, along with fun little gifts and cards.
The coffee was delicious, the staff was incredibly sweet, and the cake pops were a hit. We tried the cake batter cake pop and ordered two cold brews: one flavored with sugar-free cookie dough and the other with sugar-free white chocolate. Both were delicious.
A cute atmosphere, great treats, and friendly service. We would definitely return!
