Jen and Stacy have talked me through some of the scariest and hardest moments of being a dog mom. They have supported us through my pups’ very first appt at 10wks old in 2014 when I was a neurotic new puppy mom until one of my pup’s last days this past week.
Their compassion, understanding and kindness is indescribable. All the staff go above and beyond and truly care for all their patients/animals. They connect with families and their patients in a meaningful and thoughtful way.
When I lost my sweet ol girl last week they are who I called first. They told me to call anytime even if it was just to cry. They offered me support during an emergency and stayed on the phone with me and were cool, calm and collected.
The staff are simply a reflection of their amazing vet Dr.Lon. Dr.Lon has saved my dogs lives and my sanity innumerable times over the last 12 yrs and my puppies wouldn’t have thrived without him.
From their very first appt through their entire lives I have trusted no one else with my very first babies except Dr.Lon.
