“Staff is a great help. They all don't necessarily have an answer but will get it for you. Ms Jones helped me get a log in problem resolved. Seems that I had picked the wrong Butler bank with the same app icon. Once that was straightened out there has not one problem. Nice people to deal with which makes life a bit easier.”

“Tidemark Federal Credit Union, in Long Neck Delaware, has an exceptional employee named Georgina.
I had an issue with a credit card being denied January 2, 2025.
Upon entering Tidemark, Georgina met me with a cherry “Hello” then proceeded to listen to my problem.
The resolution needed a managers decision so she contacted one right away.
The whole process took approximately 30 minutes to resolve and Georgina made trips over to where I was sitting to keep me updated on the status of the issue.
She was very professional and friendly.
I thank Tidemark and Georgina for handling an uncomfortable situation with Grace.”
